3 What is the Painting Feelings Workshop???

a f u n time exploring your emotions by painting while listening to classical, jazz or ethnic music

duration: 150 mins

Age: any age

The workshop
i) 5 minute group discussions on an emotion ( eg.: crisis, first love, anger, chillling out on Friday night, etc.)

ii)
A) Each discussion is followed with some music (jazz, classical, ethnic) which is related to that emotions...
B) ...and the participants paint while listening to music
iii)
A) There are also 2 pieces of music with clay
B) and one with improvised rhythm (shaking and banging!) instruments.

The music itself is varied and includes Beethoven, Indian sitar music, be bop jazz, Tibetan wailing, Irish reels etc.
